The Center For Radiology at Elm Road Medical Park is under the umbrella of Forum Health Medical Imaging Services. The center provides general radiological support to assist physicians in diagnosing patients with problems such as back pain, arthritis and fractures, in addition to detecting certain obstructions and respiratory conditions. Patients need only to bring their physician’s prescription for the tests and our technologists will be happy to assist you. Results are forwarded to your physician.
