It is one of several outpatient lab drawing sites that offers patients a convenient alternative to hospital-based laboratory services. You can rely on Forum Health Outreach Laboratories for fast, accurate results. If you need blood work, just bring in your doctor’s prescription. Our technicians will perform the required test and forward the results to your physician.
