Forum Health’s Beeghly Medical Park has served people living and working in Mahoning and Columbiana counties since 1986.  As the area’s first outpatient medical center, Beeghly Medical Park brought innovative services and state-of the-art technologies to where our patients need them most – close to home and work.  An ambulatory surgery center, urgent care center, physician’s office complex and a skilled nursing facility were among the first services available at Beeghly Medical Park. 

Through the years, Beeghly Medical Park and its services changed and expanded in response to the growing health care needs of the surrounding communities it served.  Today the comprehensive outpatient center offers 24-hour full service emergency care, diagnostic radiology and imaging and laboratory services.  Ambulatory surgery, a retail pharmacy, mammography and breast health services, physical rehabilitation, rehabilitation, physician’s offices, a community learning center, and a skilled nursing and assisted living center are also among the a variety of accessible and affordable medical services found at Beeghly Medical Park.
