From Cleveland area:
Via Turnpike: Take Turnpike east to Exit 209 (14) then head north on the bypass (Rts. 82/5) towards Warren. Exit at Elm Road (Rt. 5) and turn right. Travel approximately 1.5 miles. When road narrows from four to two lanes, turn right at the light onto Burnett Drive. The Elm Road Medical Park will be on your left.

Via Rt. 422: Take Rt. 422 to Rts. 5 and 82 east. Exit at Elm Road (Rt. 5) then turn right and travel approximately 1.5 miles. When road narrows from four to two lanes, turn right at the light onto Burnett Drive. Elm Road Medical Park will be on your left.


From Pittsburgh area:
Via Turnpike: Take Turnpike (Rt. 76) west to Ohio Rt. 80. Take 80 East to Rt. 11 North to Rt. 82 West. Remain on 82 and head towards Cleveland. Exit at Elm Road (Rt. 5). Turn Right onto Elm Road and travel approximately 1.5 miles. When road narrows from four to two lanes, turn right at the light onto Burnett Drive. The Elm Road Medical Park will be on your left.
