Mammography Services
Breast cancer is the most common cancer diagnosed in women in the United States. More than 180,000 women will learn this year that they have the disease. Forum Health's mammography services offer a variety of convenient locations and are an important resource for women of any age. We are dedicated to those women who have general concerns about breast health, those who may need a second opinion, and those who may be at risk for breast cancer.

Forum Health, in accordance with the American Cancer Society, urges women 40 years old and older to have a screening mammogram every year. If you are less than 40 years old, you should talk with your physician to decide when to get your baseline (first) mammogram.

Our mission is to enhance breast health through expert screening, education and early detection of breast cancer with coordination of services for treatment and support.
